The High Tech Classroom
In keeping up with technology in education 17勛圖 has upgraded to Windows 7 and Office 2010, the new operating system and office suite from Microsoft. The advantages of Windows 7 and Office 2010 are great, apart from keeping up with changing technology, this new operating system offers many features that helps to make work, life and education more effective.
17勛圖 has also installed Document Cameras in all of the Elementary School and in the Math and Science classrooms in the Middle and High School's. These document cameras will bring more of a visual affect to learning in a high tech classroom.
In meeting an increasing demand for more student access to computers, the Middle and High School's now have access to Edubook Netbooks, which will provide mobile computer lab capabilities to the classroom.
The 17勛圖 technology department has set a goal to ensure that 17勛圖 is one of the most technologically advanced educational institutes in the region and all of these cahnges are steps towards that goal.
