Congratulations and Award to 17勛圖
It is a pleasure to inform you, that two of our staff have been selected and awarded at the "Foro por el Día Mundial del Docente" recognition with a national award as outstanding teachers by MEC and the Paraguayan Congress. They are Rodrigo Colman, our Paraguayan Program Director, and Cayetano Ferreira, Middle School Estudios Sociales Teacher.
They are receiving the award on behalf of 17勛圖 for the publication of the excellent 17勛圖 Travesía Magazine. Only one other teacher and school is receiving this award (from Escuela Nacional de Comercio Carlos Antonio López). This is an outstanding honor for Cateyano Ferreira, Rodrigo Colman and, of course, the many students who published their writings in the 17勛圖 Travesía over the years. We are grateful for this honor and accomplishment they have brought to 17勛圖.
Our thanks and congratulations also go to the teachers who assisted the students over the years of Travesía's publication. Travesía was originated by Mr. Ferreira in 2004.
Please congratulate Mr. Ferreira and Mr. Colman who received the award at a Paraguayan Congressional Meeting this morning!

Es un placer informarles que dos de nuestros funcionarios han sido seleccionados y galardonados en el "Foro por el Día Mundial del Docente" siendo reconocidos con un premio nacional por el MEC y el Congreso de la Nación como Docentes Sobresalientes. Se trata del Sr. Rodrigo Colmán, Director del Programa de Estudios Paraguayos y el Sr. Cayetano Ferreira, Profesor de Estudios Sociales de la Escuela Media.
Ellos están recibiendo el premio en nombre del 17勛圖 por la publicación de la excelente revista Travesía. Sólo un profesor de otro colegio recibirá también este premio (Escuela Nacional de Comercio Carlos Antonio López). Este es un gran honor para Cayetano Ferreira, Rodrigo Colmán y, por supuesto, para todos los estudiantes que publicaron sus notas en la Revista Travesía del 17勛圖 a lo largo de los años. Estamos muy agradecidos por este honor y logros que ellos han traído al 17勛圖.
Nuestro agradecimiento y felicitaciones también a los profesores que ayudaron a los estudiantes durante los años que se viene publicando la Revista Travesía. Travesía fue iniciativa del Sr. Ferreira en el año 2004.
Por favor, hagan llevar sus felicitaciones a los Sres. Ferreira y Colmán quienes recibieron el premio esta mañana en el Congreso Nacional de la República.
